1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to D'Polo Hotels (including D'Polo Club & Spa Resort, Hotel Square One, and Hotel 360). By accessing our website (http://127.0.0.1:8000) or booking accommodations, dining, spa, or events with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Reservation & Check-In Policies

  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-out Time: Until 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Government ID Proof: As per Government of India regulations, all adult guests (Indian or Foreign nationals) must produce a valid government-approved photo ID card (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) along with a valid visa/passport for foreign citizens at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proofs.
  • Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests per room is strictly enforced as selected during the booking process. Extra beds/mattresses are subject to availability and supplementary tariff.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Gateway

All room tariffs, dining rates, and experience charges displayed on our website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR • ₹). Rates are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

Online transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallet for the total reservation amount.

4. Guest Conduct & Hotel Property

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Management reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to vacate the premises without a refund in cases of disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of hotel rules.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, electronic equipment, or linens during the stay will be charged directly to the guest prior to departure.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in designated non-smoking rooms and enclosed public indoor spaces as per national legislation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

D'Polo Hotels shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill reservation obligations or service disruptions caused by events of Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, landslides, road closures, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or power grid failures.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dharamshala / Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh.
